Preparing Your Home for a Spa Party

First things first...fashion, of course: Plan what you are comfortable in and be sure to tell your guests what they should bring ..such as a robe, a bathing suit if you have a pool or a jacuzzi, slippers or all of the above!

Atmosphere: Decide if you would like your party to be quiet and intimate or something more social. If you would like it to be tranquil, then consider turning lights down, playing soft music in the common areas and serving lighter fare. If you would like a more social party, then you may want to have a common area where upbeat music is played and drinks and snacks can be enjoyed.

Temperature: If it's winter, or fall, your friends will love you if you turn up the heat by a few degrees in rooms where treatments are taking place. If you are hosting your party outdoors, you may want to set up some shaded areas for those guests and spa technicians who would like protection from the hot sun.

Privacy: Since guests will most likely be changing into robes when they get to your house, you will want to provide them with a private room or bathroom to change in. All treatments are conducted while in your robe or in a spa towel under comfortable sheets and heated blankets. If any of your rooms have shades, you may want to draw them.

Drinks and Snacks: It is important to offer water and alcohol alternatives for those guests having massage or other treatments that can be dehydrating. Other than that, have fun with it- it's your party!! We would be happy to provide you with names of caterers in your area if you would like to leave it to someone else -just let us know.

Location, Location: When thinking about your party, consider what rooms work the best for the different treatments. For example: a kitchen island or table and family room coffee tables might be the best place to set up snacks and drinks. A common area such as a family room would be great for socializing while getting manicures and pedicures. Rooms that are a little more private and can fit a massage table are great for facials, waxing, body treatments and massage. If your guests are having their hair styled or makeup done, you will want to consider whether they would like to have this done on display or in a private area.

At the Party

We show up with our team early to set up. We brings lots of treats like thick towels, candles and music (and goodie bags too if you’ve arranged for them.) You and your guests eat, drink, socialize and enjoy. Manicures and pedicures are usually done in a common area where guests can talk. Facials and Massages are usually done in a quiet, more private area.

Our professional spa technicians provide outstanding treatments and superior service.

We display items that are used during the treatments and offer you and your guests the opportunity to purchase them. We assist you and your guests with any questions that you may have during the event.

We clean up quietly and thoroughly as you enjoy the remainder of your party.
